Corks 'n Cakes Cupcakes, cakes, baked goods, and some come with a twist. Cupcakes are my specialty, but I am not going to turn away other requests.

Everything is baked fresh to order, and I love the chance to experiment with other ideas. Alcohol is my not so secret ingredient, but don't let that scare you away as the alcohol addition isn't a requirement!

After years and years of having an experimental cupcake in mind, I did it!
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Insomniacake; a chocolate coffee stout cake with coffee and chocolate liquor swirled buttercream frosting, topped with 3 chocolate covered coffee beans. Each are individual in its own way with the frosting ratio, and I cannot wait to make these 100% perfect next time.
