My passion is baking and decorating novelty cakes. I started decorating for my niece and nephews and found that I have a real passion for it. I attended Culinary School to further develope my skills, but got bored with the every day "blah" cakes. Although I intend to finish my schooling, for the time being I am focusing more on developing my own style and flavors. I'm learning new things every day

. What is your best childhood memories? I enjoy making homemade cakes. I like to incorporate "the child in me" in my cakes. I mainly do kid friendly cakes, but I love a challenge and would like to be able to reach people of all ages. My dream is to one day open a 50's style bakery, which would be fun for everyone. Most bakeries offer 3 types of cakes: Chocolate, vanilla, marble. Their "specialty" flavored cakes tend to lack imagination when it comes to the decoration. What is your favorite flavors? I try to offer many flavors ranging from the every day flavors to flavors like banana, orange, peanut butter, etc. I hope you'll glance through my pages and feel free to leave any comments and/or suggestions.
