Sourdough Saturday is almost here and I don’t know which item I’m most excited for!

This week’s lineup:

🧀 NEW Organic Sourdough Cheez-It Loaf
Filled with organic sharp cheddar and white cheddar, then sprinkled with just a touch of flaky Maldon sea salt. Inspired by our favorite cheesy cracker!

🤎 Big, Fluffy Organic Sourdough Cinnis
Our jumbo cinnamon rolls filled with rich brown butter cinnamon filling and generously topped with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting.

🍑 Organic Sourdough Peach Cobbler Crumble Rolls
Big, fluffy rolls filled with sweet, jammy peaches, generously topped with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and brown buttery cobbler crumble, then finished with a beautiful peach glaze.

🍞 Organic Sourdough Plain Boules
Our classic naturally fermented sourdough with a beautifully crisp crust and soft, flavorful crumb.

Ridgeville, you can now find The Sourdough Nook at Palmetto Homestead Supply and Market! 🤍🍞

We’ll be restocking the shop this Wednesday with our fresh organic sourdough loaves and a few of your favorite goodies. I’ll post once the drop has been made. We’ll also be there in person this Sunday set up from 1:00 to 6:00 PM, so stop by and see us!

This is the beginning of an ongoing partnership, which means Ridgeville will have a new place to shop for your Sourdough Nook favorites. We can’t wait to see you!

Running a bread oven all day during a South Carolina heat wave is not for the weak. 🥵🔥

The oven is blazing, the flour is flying, and I’m pretty sure we’ve melted at least seven times—but the sourdough is turning out absolutely beautiful. 😂🍞

Hot bakery. Hot house. Happy starter. Gorgeous bread. Worth every minute. 🤍

✨ She’s tiny, but mighty… meet The Nook & Cranny! 🤍🚛🍞

She may be a tiny trailer, but she’s carrying some BIG dreams.

After months of dreaming, planning, and watching this little vision come to life, we’re SO excited to officially introduce The Nook & Cranny — The Sourdough Nook’s little bakery on wheels!

She was created to bring our fresh, organic, naturally fermented sourdough and cinnamon rolls beyond the bakery and straight into neighborhoods, businesses, Food Truck Fridays, private events, and communities throughout the Lowcountry. 🤍

This little trailer is such a BIG milestone for us. What started with a love for sourdough has grown into something we never could have imagined, and so much of that is because of all of you who continue to show up, order bread, tell your friends, and support our little bakery.

And a HUGE shout-out to Wrapstar Vehicle Wraps & Signs for bringing our vision to life! You absolutely nailed it! Seeing our little bakery rolling down the road still feels completely surreal. 🥹
