Here in Jefferson County, West Virginia, we, along with our neighbors, have been wrestling winter morning, noon and night. While we take care of the animals, it’s time for you to plan on whether you would like a Quarter, Half or Whole Beef so you are all set to enjoy high quality beef throughout the year!
