Pierce County 321 Buddy Events We are so excited to gather, celebrate and bring awareness to our local Down Syndrome Community.

We will be sharing events and progress as we continue to build towards our community center in Pierce County.

We are so excited for our golf event in 10 days!!! Enjoy an afternoon of golf, food, drinks and networking. This Fundraiser is designed for you to have a fun time while also supporting a great cause. So make sure to grab your tickets for this Fundraiser on Sunday, April 26th, from 2-4pm.

You will get to learn about 321 Buddy and The Opportunity Circle, which is an Adult Day Program, providing quality recreation, socialization, life skills, and more for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We’re so excited to share an update! 💛

As many of you know, we’re opening an Adult Center, The Opportunity Circle, designed to provide meaningful classes and opportunities for adults with special needs. From life skills to career and personal development, this will be a space where everyone can grow, learn, and thrive — but most importantly, it will be a safe, welcoming place for friendship and inclusion. 🌟

I’m beyond thrilled to share an endorsement from Nate Simon and his amazing mom! 🙌 Nate is an incredible adult with Down syndrome — an actor, clothing designer, and advocate who continues to inspire so many.

5 years ago I had no idea what our world would look like as Tino joined our family. It’s had struggles, challenges, but most of all beauty, growth and community!

Before Tino, I had no idea the lack of resources that really impacted individuals with special needs and now it’s more than apparent! This is why we are opening The Opportunity Circle! A safe space that provides quality support, life skills, and development for adults with disabilities.

I am so excited to share that we are closer to this goal than ever before! Pierce County has provided 321 Buddy with the required permits to open this space!!! We are on track for Spring 2026!

But we need your help! It To open a quality space for these amazing adults, especially one that supports thriving and growth, we must raise at least $250,000! This is why we will be hosting our first annual Gala on November 7th

Most important update for Saturday's Buddy Walk!

🎉 Last Call to Register for This Year’s Buddy Walk! 🎉
Don't miss out — the walk is happening THIS Saturday at Franklin Pierce Stadium!

👉 Register now at the link below to be part of this special event.

RAFFLE TICKETS are still available until Friday at 3pm!

📅 Event Details & Important Notes:

📍 Location: Franklin Pierce Stadium
🕦 Walk Start Time: 11:00 AM

Please remember, we are on school property, so the following rules apply:

🚫 No Smoking
🚫 No Pets
🚫 No Food on the Track

🍔 Food Options:

We’ll have two amazing food trucks on-site:

Stacks – Burgers and Fries

Mexican Food – this truck is pending availability

** UPDATE: Sugar and Spoon will also be attending!

🚻 Amenities:

Bathrooms are located behind and underneath the Grand Stands.

Raffle Tickets: $5 each – available at the bottom of the Grand Stands.

Water: Limited supply near the Raffle Table — please bring your own bottles, but we have backups just in case!

👕 Shirts & Check-In Info:

Shirt Pick-Up is on the South Side of the Track (closest to the street).

Team Leaders will pick up shirts for their entire team.

Individual sign-ups can collect theirs at the same location.

🌟 Red Carpet Moment:

After the walk, we invite individuals with Down syndrome and their immediate families to meet us at the 50-yard line to walk the RED CARPET!

Let’s line the track and cheer on our amazing Legendary Individuals!

Such a great day at Griot’s today! Amazing community AND beautiful rides! I want to give a huge thank you to MaryEllen, Timothy, and Scott for making this possible. Over $1,100 was raised and donated to serve individuals with Down syndrome in Pierce County!

Holy cannoli! These teams are growing! The best part of the Buddy Walk is that we are all there to celebrate TOGETHER! No matter what step in the journey you are on, we all know the many obstacles. Those obstacles are what make our celebrations so special!

We are EXTENDING tshirt registration one more day!!! Make sure to bring all your family and friends to come celebrate with us! The more the merrier!
