My first vivid memory of baking was watching mom at home making soda bread. She was cracking eggs into batter. I tried to copy her and ended up adding the whole egg, shell and all! I was three or four. I feel th

ere is a growing appreciation by the public for fresh, flavorful food. To me the key to unlocking fantastic flavors and irresistible combinations all lies in simplicity and balance. Fresh wholesome products are the mainstays of my kitchen using only the top quality with many of my ingredients imported all the way from Ireland. Why scones or other Irish delectable treats you ask? Since I moved here from the motherland I was always on a quest to find that perfect scone or Irish sweet like my mom made but I couldn’t quite find it. Besides cooking and baking, I enjoy running, biking, yoga, painting, Irish Dance, ballroom dance, arts and craft shows and visiting organic farms. I currently live in Summit with my husband Richard, our daughter and our Bichon Frise, Molly.
