We have extensive knowledge of feeding cattle to consistently grade Choice or Prime. All Beef is processed under USDA Inspection.

Good morning, with spring here and those grills firing back up I am excited to announce that we have gotten hamburger patties in addition to the usual cuts of meat. Here are the boxes that I have available:

Good Morning, due to some meat being obligated here and there I wasn’t really sure how that would leave me boxes wise but I have came up with a couple of boxes. I don’t have any $300 boxes but here is what I do have.

I am doing a freezer clean out to make room for more inventory and I have thrown some of my extras into an $80 box that is valued at $110. It’s contents are 10 hamburger, 2 eye of round roast, 3 fajita, and 2 sirlion steaks.

Here is an updated version of the price sheet it will go into effect October 3rd. And while I don’t have many steaks left here is what I do have. Hamburger, Bottom and Top Round roast, Eye of Round, Chuck Roast, Short Ribs, Sirloin Steak, Fajita and Stew meat , and Brisket. Let me know how I can fix you up.
