Penny’s Mango Peach Salsa is headed to Canada for a limited time this summer! 🙌

Coming soon to Costco locations across British Columbia and Alberta, this sweet and savory favorite is perfect for chips, grilled chicken, tacos, bowls, and summer snacking.

We can’t wait for more of Canada to try one of our favorite flavors.

Queso con carne featuring Penny’s Salsa 🧀🌶️

Creamy queso, seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and the bold flavor of Penny’s Salsa all in one skillet? Yeah… this dish disappears fast.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste

1.5 cups heavy cream
1.5 cups milk
8 oz pepper jack cheese
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Your favorite Penny’s Salsa

Instructions

Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Stir in seasonings until evenly coated. Add your favorite Penny’s Salsa and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, lower heat and pour in heavy cream and milk. Slowly stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked beef back in and stir until combined.

Finish with crushed tortilla chips or chopped cilantro and serve warm with chips.

Rich, cheesy, packed with flavor, and loaded with fresh kick from Penny’s Salsa 😏

High-protein sweet potato bowls made better with Penny’s Salsa 🌶️🍠

This bowl already checks all the boxes: protein-packed, flavorful, filling, and easy to meal prep. But the real upgrade? A generous scoop of your favorite Penny’s Salsa bringing everything together with fresh flavor and just the right kick.

Ingredients

Ground Beef
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Splash of water

Sweet Potatoes
4 medium sweet potatoes
2 tsp oil spray
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste

Bowl Assembly

Cooked sweet potatoes and ground beef
Your favorite Penny’s Salsa
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tsp hot honey
Avocado slices
Red pepper flakes
Fresh cilantro

Instructions

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F. Toss diced sweet potatoes with oil and seasonings. Air fry 14–16 minutes or oven roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.

Cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Add seasonings and a splash of water, stirring until evenly coated and slightly crispy.

Assemble bowls with sweet potatoes, ground beef, Greek yogurt, avocado, and a generous scoop of Penny’s Salsa.

Finish with hot honey, red pepper flakes, lime juice, and cilantro.

Fresh ingredients are great. Penny’s Salsa makes it even better 😏

If you’ve never made it before, cowboy caviar is fresh, zesty, colorful, and packed with texture — the perfect mix of crunchy veggies, creamy avocado, beans, and bright flavor. And of course, it’s even better leveled up with Penny’s Salsa.

Ingredients

Corn
Black beans
Red onion
Red bell pepper
Avocado

How to make it:
