Had a blast at Bama-Q Bbq hill this weekend. This was an awesome Steak Cookoff Association event with 9 categories. We were lucky enough to come away with a Tea category win, 6th place burger, and 7th place pork chop. Got dinged on creativity in every other category so it’s back to the drawing board. Congrats to Hunter Brown on 4 top 10’s and Dustin Jones with his 4th place in steak. We use Dustin’s char signature blend seasoning along with ours in a lot of our recipes. We’ll be Back at it in a couple of weeks and can’t wait.
