The Pineapple Cottage Bakery At The Pineapple Cottage Bakery we are dedicated to giving you handcrafted products baked to perfect I grew up in the bakery world.

My grandparents baked fresh bread in their sub shop, which is where my dad learned how to make bread. My dad later began his bakery at the age of 21 and is still in business 30 years later. I was born into the bakery life, but for me there was something more to it than just baking. I love having the gift to bring people together and creating baked goods that are enjoyed by all. What I want to give to my customers is the joy of gathering people without the hassle and mess that it can bring. The name "The Pineapple Cottage Bakery" came from a couple different things I love. The Pineapple is the symbol of hospitality, which is something I am passionate about. Cottage is the warmth and coziness I want the bakery to have someday when we have a standing location. My husband came up with this name knowing these are two things I love and after a lot of names I thought of and did not like, I knew this name was the one.
