Upgraded the churro cupcakes with some yummy Churro Twists from . Cinnamon cupcakes, with a cinnamon sugar crust, topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and a churro twist.

It’s been a long time but I finally made a cake (for a customer). It was a Mamma Mia! themed birthday party. Here is the 2-tiered cake along with 4 dozen cupcakes (vanilla and chocolate). [Pictures provided by the customer]

Surprise birthday cake for a young lady turning the big 3-0. Chocolate cake with tinted vanilla buttercream frosting piped as ombre roses. First time working with an out-of-town customer, but the delivery was local.

Sonic the Hedgehog Birthday Cake. Chocolate cake with whipped frosting and gumpaste decorations. (I didn’t realize Sonic was so popular with the young kids). Sonic was not that hard to make in general but I’m not so good with faces...he didn’t look as mean as he should. 😆 @ Sumter, South Carolina

Birthday cake for a Cowboys fan. (I had to put my personal feelings aside for this one 😆) Chocolate cake with whipped frosting and fondant decorations. It was short notice so not as elaborate as I would’ve liked.

Sonic the Hedgehog birthday cake and cupcakes for our friends’ son. Chocolate cake with whipped frosting. I had to use buttercream icing for the decorations because the whipped frosting wasn’t working. It was quite a challenge...first time not decorating with fondant.

Mickey Mouse cake and cupcakes for my precious nephew (my BFF's second son) for his 1st birthday party. Yellow cake with vanilla buttercream frosting covered in marshmallow fondant. Mickey had an accident on the way to the party so he may look a little rough but at least I was able to put him back together again. 😳

Cupcakes and Blowout Cake for a sweet boy celebrating his 1st birthday. Chocolate cake with tinted vanilla buttercream frosting and sprinkles. (The "1" is a candle supplied by the customer). Cupcakes are the same with little white bow ties for the "little man" theme.
