Yiayia’s Creations began its craft in 2002 at a local New Hampshire farmer’s market. “Yiayia” is the Greek word for grandmother, and Gayle wanted to share her grandmother’s and great grandmother’s Greek recipes. Over the years she incorporated non-Greek family recipes. Customers rave about Yiayai's Creations:
