We have a few cuts of meat that are not what we usually have cut or that we have excess of right now. Back ribs, liver, flank steak, skirt steak, 2 lb packages of stew meat, arm roasts, brisket. Update, stew meat in 2 lb packages are sold. We have plenty in 1 pound packs. Briskets are all sold.

We had a beef that was ordered but not picked up. New York strip, sirloin, ribeye and tenderloin filet steaks are avaliable from it packed 4 steaks to a package if anyone would like bigger packages of steaks. We can put them in a bundle or you can buy them by the package.

Thank you to all our customers which mom loved getting to meet and become friends with through the meat business. It was one of her passions over the years. I know there have been several of you that have made orders or asked about meat. We have done our best to capture a list of all of them and are going to be working on getting deliveries made.
