Ostrom’s, still family owned and operated, grows 13 million pounds of fresh white and crimini (Italian brown)

mushrooms annually. Ostrom’s also markets an additional 760,000 pounds of specialty mushrooms each year such as Portabellas, Shiitakes, Oysters and Enoki mushrooms
