It’s been quite the adventure thus far filled with tarot cards, epiphanies, pork butts that won’t cook properly, late night glasses of pinot grigio, and an epic road trip to San Diego. We have managed to learn but most importantly to laugh the entire way. Food concerns us all and it is our sincere hope to bring delicious back to dinner tables all across the Bay! Maybe you have a hankering for some
juicy chicken (yes, I used juicy and chicken in the same sentence), or you want to see some actual life in your vegetables, or bright color in your egg yolks, or maybe your culinary skills could use some spicing up. Well quite literally we aim to be producing spices, herbs, cut flowers, eggs, veggies, and chicken in the 2013 growing season. Where can I find such awesome!!! Egg yolks as bright as beach balls! Beautiful flowers that weren’t grown in horrendous conditions in Colombia? It is too good to be true!! Nay, say we. It is all real, and coming to a farmer’s market near you! We will sell at one farmer’s market and hope to establish a few partnerships with restaurants/cafes in the area. If all goes well we will slowly scale up, including creating a CSA subscription for the 2014 growing season. There are many exciting things brewing in this pot! We are excited to share our vision with you and our food. LET’S EAT!!
