In honor of Valentine’s Day, we’re sharing a love story so heartfelt it was featured in BRIDES magazine! ❤️✨

Youjin and her partner chose Elliston Vineyards for its “authenticity, charm, and natural outdoor beauty.” She described it as “a very modest yet intimate venue that didn’t scream, ‘We are a wedding venue.’ It felt like a hidden treasure that I was lucky to stumble upon through a secret portal. There was so much personality. Nothing felt mass-produced or stale—everything just felt so human, filled with endearment and rawness. There were trees, natural flowers, plants, ponds, and even a stable with ostriches! I felt like I was home, in my grandma’s backyard.” 🥹🤍

Their love story shined at our vineyard, from the wildflowers in her bouquet to the ones delicately embroidered on her veil. They exchanged vows on our stone altar stage beneath our towering tree, embracing a minimalistic and heartfelt ceremony💐

The celebration continued with dinner and dancing on our terrace, where the drinks flowed, the music popped, and love filled the air🍾

Historical Vineyard in the East Bay

Nestled in the hills of Sunol, CA - surrounded by vineyards and gardens, is Elliston Vineyards. As guests drive up the quiet road to Elliston Vineyards, they are greeted with the impressive site of our Neo-Romanesque mansion, while our staff awaits their arrival at our wrought-iron gates. Garden-style ceremonies are held outdoors alongside our historic stone mansion in a garden brimming with native ora including an expansive lawn and gazebo. Vineyards and wine barrels surround the ceremony, while a gorgeous hundred-year tree provides shade for guests.

A short walkway takes you to our Terrace Room, a secluded banquet room set into the hillside. Cocktail hour is enjoyed on the outdoor patio. As guests enter; servers are passing delicious hors d’oeuvres and champagne, providing guests a chance to dine al fresco. A Victorian gazebo on the deck is large enough for a lounge area or a quartet of musicians to serenade partygoers. After cocktail hour, guests are invited to take their seats inside the Terrace Room to begin dinner and dancing. The vaulted ceiling adds the feeling of spaciousness while the floor-length windows provide the picture perfect backdrop for the bride and groom’s table. Surrounded by oak and olive trees and a beautiful waterfall, our Terrace room creates the ideal venue for your guests and you to celebrate.
