BREAKING for Florida gun owners 🇺🇸

A Florida State Attorney just put it in writing: in his 6-county circuit, police can no longer stop, search, or arrest you JUST for having a short-barreled r***e, short-barreled sh***un, or suppressor — or for not having NFA paperwork on you.

State Attorney Brian Kramer (8th Judicial Circuit: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Gilchrist, Levy, Union) sent the memo Oct 11, following ATF's Oct 9 nationwide non-enforcement guidance. His read: Florida law doesn't ban what's lawful under federal law, and missing registration alone doesn't make you a criminal.

The fine print matters 👇
• ONE circuit only — other State Attorneys can see it differently
• Machine guns & destructive devices: still full NFA
• 4473 + background check: still required on every purchase
• Stolen guns, prohibited persons, altered serials: still enforced
