Homemade caramel and peanut brittle was on the menu this weekend. I didn't think I'd ever use this much sugar and corn syrup in one weekend but alas.... a second batch of brittle had to be made because it just magically disappeared within a day....

I don't know about you, but I'd definitely demand bigger pieces of cake!

What do you think about this method? Would you prefer this over the "traditional" pie shaped slices? I'd love to know!
