What a fun luau to celebrate a special 60th birthday!! This is a coconut cake with homemade pineapple pudding filling. Coconut buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant completed this delicious cake!

My mom and I hit it out of the park with this one!! Tuxedo style cakes and cupcakes with strawberry and chocolate mousse (inside the cupcakes and between layers on naked cakes) and dark chocolate ganache. The icing on the cupcakes and cakes is a whipped white chocolate. Heaven in your mouth!

I made my very first Pineapple Upside Down cake for our Mothers Day Luau. I love baking and decorating but this has never been on my list of things to do. It turned out so yummy!!

Well no cakes have been happening for a bit now and attention has turned to who needs help and support within the community. I turned in my cooking apron for a sewing machine and have been sewing masks everyday after work. How are you staying healthy and supporting your community during this pandemic?
