Bohemian Wurst specializes in Central European cuisine including sausages, pierogies, giant soft pretzels, and more. Established in 2022 our sausagemobile is an extension of our brick and mortar restaurant, Bohemian Biergarten, located in Downtown Boulder since 2013. "The best wurst in town!”

Schedule Update: We had to cancel our events at Launch Pad Aurora, and Bearded Brewer Longmont this week. We are having elecrical issues. We should have them fixed and be back at it Wednesday!

Catch us at the Boulder Creek Festival all weekend long while Boulder turns into absolute chaos in the best possible way. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday!

Cold beers. Live music. Local vendors. Giant bratwursts. Is there a better way to get Summer kicked off?

We had a meeting and collectively decided the BEST way to run a food truck was apparently to add MORE days to the schedule. 🌭🫡

We're back at this Saturday! (5/9) We'll be serving up all your favorite Wursts, as well as Pierogies, Giant Pretzels, and more! 🥨🥟🌭

Catch us from 11am-8pm! The weather is forecast to be B-E-A-U-tiful!! So come out, grab a half-liter of bier (or a full liter 😉), a giant pretzel, and enjoy the weekend the way you should! 😋🥨🍻

We’re BACK at Civic Center EATS 🌭🔥

Starting next week, catch us every Thursday from 11–1:30 at Civic Center Park in downtown Denver—one of the city’s best lunch scenes with a lineup of food trucks, live music, and just an overall beautiful setting to enjoy some food!

Ditch the desk lunch. Come find us early before we sell out 👀 Thursdays. 11-2.

Catch us at the 3rd Annual Garden of the Gods Art Festival next weekend at Rock Ledge Ranch (May 16–17, 10am–5pm both days)

This one’s gonna be a good one—150+ juried artists from around the country, live music with Pikes Peak as the backdrop, activities for the kids, and a full lineup of Colorado food trucks (that’s where we come in 👀)

Come stroll the art, grab a drink, and let us feed you something while you soak in the views!

Everyone knows us for the Wursts.... 🌭

They don't leave without the pierogies 🥟

Our handmade pierogies are loaded with potato and cheese, then seared to perfection before they arrive on the plate, with a healthy serving of sour cream to dip them in 😋
