Most ardent steak fans enjoy a good ribeye or New York strip, but you should try cuts such as tri-tip and chuck eye next time you get grilling.

Come out to our farm Damm Yankee Cattle Company in Surgoinsville!
We're restocked with all of your favorite steaks, and ground beef.
Rib Eye, New York Strip, Flat Iron, Flank Steak, Sirloin, Tri Tip, Picanha, Brisket, Hanger Steak, and more!
Our USDA inspected Angus beef has been finished for 90 days and aged for 14 days before processing. Our animals never get hormone shots and are ethically and sustainably raised.
We have one half available for pickup at the end of June!
We charge $6.50 a pound hanging weight including processing. You pick your cuts or go with our standard package which includes
Arm Roasts 3-4 packges 9-10 pounds
Chuck roast- 3-4 packages 9- 10 pounds
Sirloin tip roast- 3 packages 9-10 pounds
Eye of round roast - 1 package
Top round roast - 2 packages
Bottom round roast - 1-3 packages
Steaks (standard is 1" thick) - 2 per package
T-bone- 10-12 steaks or 9-11 Strip Steaks and 6-7 Filets
Rib eye- 12-14 steaks
Flank steak- 1 steak
Round steak- 1-3 steaks (if desired)
Sirloin 6-8 steaks
Ground beef- Approximately 70 lbs of ground beef in 1 lb packages.
Stew meat- 6 lb packages
Short ribs- 4 packages (2 pounds in a package)
Skirt Steak 1 Package
Brisket
Tri Tip

Premium Black Angus raised stress-free: fresh grass & water, no hormones ever, grain-finished 60–90 days, dry-aged 14 days, USDA-inspected processing.
Limited availability — 1 beef available in June, ready for the 4th of July. Quarter, half, or whole options.
Quarter: $1,075 (~100 lb finished beef)
Half: around 200 lb finished beef
Only $6.50 per lb hanging weight — processing included.
Quarters have:
35 lb ground beef, 4 Rib Eyes, 4 NY Strips, 2 Filets, 3 Sirloin steaks, 2 Sirloin tip roasts, 2 Chuck roasts, short ribs, stew/fajita packages, brisket, cube steaks, and more.
Half beef includes a wide variety (approx. 70 lb ground beef, rib eyes, T-bones/strips/filets, roasts, short ribs, skirt/flank, brisket, tri-tip, picanha, etc.).
