We'll be there with some Great Pyrenees mix puppies (free to a good home), as well as some mature/laying chickens, tom turkeys... and some ducks IF we can catch them... 😁

Small Stock Animal Swap is BACK!

We weren't planning on having the Small Stock Animal Swap until April, but with temps reaching 80 degrees this weekend, it's back early!

We are changing it up this year! Besides small stock, we are allowing you to set up to sell your produce and cottage produced food items, too. Please NO cattle, equine, or handmade non food items.

As always, it is FREE to set up! Please check in at the counter prior to setup.

If you have questions, please message the page or call the store at 423-500-4923.

Enjoyed being a vendor at the Dodson Creek Farm Supply Animal Swap and Vendor Market in August.

We brought:
- freeze-dried eggs (organic, pasture-raised, non-GMO feed eggs from our homestead)
- Barred Rock chickens (a Heritage breed)
- Rhode Island Red chickens (a Heritage breed)
- Artisan Gold turkeys (a Heritage breed)

Our puppy Harry tagged along for socialization - and got to have a puppy playdate with his brother, Bucky πŸ₯°

The weather was overcast and breezy - so, absolutely lovely.

We greatly enjoy meeting new people on market days. There are so many families that have relocated to East Tennessee in recent years - for the freedom, the space/land, and the opportunity to homestead/farm near like-minded people.

The number of times we've heard: "it's like we were called here" has been astounding.

Do we all experience a "calling"?
Do some hear it, more than others?
Are you listening.. for yours?
