ARRGHHHH the day before....Been running around gathering this, cleaning that...and still gotta trim meat tonight! Cant wait to get to Williams...gonna be cooler...gonna get to see some friends...gonna get to cook some good BBQ...come on y'all !! get out of the valley on 6/15 and head out to Williams and Check US out!!!

Hey ya'll time to get out of the valley for the weekend...Big Rack is going to be @ the Northern Az BBQ comp in Williams, az June 14th....last time we were there we got first place in brisket...cant wait...always a great comp!

Comp week! First comp of the year for us and we are excited!!! Heading down to Tucson for the Freedom RV Showdown...over 25 teams it will be a great one!!!

Had a great time at Pit Crews and BBQ...thanks goes out to AZBarbeque. We did pretty well...Two calls 3rd in chicken and 9th in brisket. Big congrats to Wrangler's Reserve BBQ for grabbin GC and our friends Little Miss BBQ gettin another RGC! Great job guys!
