Should you just ignore the small amount of water around your water heater?💧

Even a small leak can point to a larger issue and may cause property damage if left unaddressed.

Great review from Donna... "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OLD-SCHOOL INTEGRITY AND GENUINE CARE RIGHT HERE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD

This is a truly wonderful local business that looks out for the community and their customers. Something that’s so hard to find!!!!!!

I originally had scheduled an appointment for Monday for leak repair on my laundry room ceiling ..BUT the leak got worse on Saturday morning, forcing me to shut off my main water line in a panic. 😱

Even though it was a Saturday and The Family Plumber wasn’t immediately available when I called they had a direct number for another trusted local master plumber, Nate Salazar at Emergency Master Plumbing and Air.
That information completely saved my day today!

Nate came right out and repaired the pipe and he was amazing and quick and professional and did not charge an inflated price for a Saturday appointment on a minute notice!!

But then…to my absolute amazement.. Bobby, the owner of The Family Plumber, called me back on a weekend just to check on my situation and see if I still needed help!!

Wow 🤩

When I told him Nate had already fixed the leak through his referral, Bobby was genuinely relieved that I was safe and dry!! And had water!!
His concern was entirely about my well-being, not just securing a job!

This company beyond a doubt defines old-school integrity and neighborhood loyalty. How rare is that now-a-days!!

I am incredibly grateful for Bobby's care and concern and compassion.

I am so very thankful I found this company!!

I highly recommend The Family Plumber.

I will never call anyone else and I’m so glad they are located right in our area.

How lucky for Surprise AZ!

THANK YOU 🙏"

Routine maintenance can help your water heater stay in good working condition, prevent unexpected breakdowns, and support long-term performance. 💧🔧

One important component to keep an eye on? The anode rod. Having it checked every two years and replaced before corrosion occurs can help protect your water heater from rust and potential leaks. ⚠️

Because a leaking water heater can’t be repaired, early maintenance may help you avoid needing a replacement sooner than expected.

Call us today to schedule professional water heater maintenance!

Great review from Jennifer... "At a time when many companies seem more focused on profits than genuinely helping people, The Family Plumber reminded me that honest, trustworthy businesses still exist.

After receiving outrageous quotes and being pressured into unnecessary services elsewhere, I was hesitant to move forward with any company.

The Family Plumber understood the urgency of my disconnected water softener line and responded quickly. Their pricing was fair, but what stood out most was the kindness, professionalism, and integrity of the gentleman who helped me. He took the time to explain everything, making me feel respected and genuinely cared for.

I’m truly grateful to have found a company that values honesty, integrity, and genuine customer care. Thank you."
