There are NO preservatives, chemicals or dyes used in the production of our jerky. I

t's ALWAYS Fresh, Local, and Made to Order. We purchase our meats from local farms who care greatly about their livestock. We believe in shopping local, and small business!

*SoCo Special* a sweet, bbq flavor with a hint of that special Carmel flavor behind it.
*No. 9* a mild sweet heat
*Phoenix Fire* a little less sweet a little more heat
*Flashover* you want heat? Here it is. No blatant heat for heat sake, just heat with flavor. And more heat.

$40 per lb for orders over 4 lbs

Hello all! We'll be at the Sedgwick VFD Car Show Saturday(9-3 rain or shine!) We'll have Northwoods Maple, No.9, Phoenix Fire, and Flashover! Come out and support a great cause, and get some tasty jerky while checkin out some sweet rides!
