On Saturday, June 13th, we will be closed for an elusive private event until 4:30 PM. Please do not press your nose against the glass or try to sneak in wearing a fake mustache. We will recognize you. 🥸❌

The temporary restraining order lifts at 4:30 PM sharp, where the velvet ropes come down and we will welcome you with awkward grins until 8:00 PM.🫪🕗

Mais, we let the kitchen staff outside for five minutes to catch dat sunshine... and they come wanderin' right back in with a random monsieur and an aluminum pan, absolutely insistin' it’s Jambalaya weather, yeah! 🐊🔥

We didn't ask no questions, sha! We just handed him an apron, and brav, it smells so good it'll make ya slap ya mama. We ain't about to argue with nobody holding a big ol' ladle—or whatever weapon-sized utensil he got hidin' in dat pan! 🥄💥

The weather is gorgeous, the beer is ice cold, and the sketchy-but-delicious Cajun food pairings are passin' a good time today. 🍺✨

Plot twist: The trivia hosts are taking a well-deserved time-out. 🧠🛑

We know we’ve been a bit elusive lately. We were closed all last weekend celebrating the new arrival, and we were so excited to see you all tonight. But as it turns out, our trivia hosts need a week off to recharge their brain cells.

So, Trivia Night is CANCELLED for tonight. 😭

We feel terrible about the erratic schedule lately and we're so sorry for the flip-flopping! We are incredibly grateful to you all for being the most patient, supportive community on the planet while we navigate this crazy new chapter.

We promise we’ll be entirely back on schedule next Wednesday. In the meantime, the brewery is open tonight, the beer is cold, and nobody will be making you answer questions about 80s pop music.

📢 Closed for Mandatory Staff Expansion! 🚨

As you can see from our current culinary situation, the waiting room snack stash has been officially activated. 🥨🍫 When you run a family business and a new team member is ready to join the crew, sometimes you just have to drop everything and wait for them to show up. 👶 That day is today!

Here is the game plan for the weekend:

🛑 Today (Friday, May 22nd): Definitely CLOSED.

⏳ Tomorrow (Saturday): 90% chance we will also be closed, depending on how long the onboarding process takes. We’ll post a definitive update tomorrow morning!

We know it’s Memorial Day weekend and you’re looking to kick off the holiday right, so we send our most sincere apologies for the terrible timing. 🤦‍♀️ It’s honestly terrible business strategy, but excellent family strategy.
