To the people of Bedford County...

Thank you. 💛

This was our first Bedford County Fair, and what we found was one of the most welcoming, supportive, and kind communities we've ever had the pleasure of serving.

Even with the rain, people kept stopping by for lemonade, conversations, and smiles. We met so many wonderful people, made new friends, and watched families make memories together all weekend long.

As a small family-run business, weekends like this mean so much to us. Ricky and I worked from morning until night, and Fayth-Ann was right there helping all day Friday and Saturday. My sister even jumped in to help for an hour while Ricky made a store run, and our youngest daughter, Tanya, spent Sunday with us at the stand. It truly became a family effort.

We stayed busy from the time we opened until the time we closed. Ricky made extra water and ice runs because we never wanted to run short and miss the opportunity to serve the amazing people who stopped by our stand. The days were long, our feet were tired, and some nights it was close to midnight before we finally got home and settled in, but seeing so many smiling faces made it all worthwhile.

Thank you for supporting our little lemonade stand, for your kindness, and for making us feel so welcome. We will remember this weekend for a long time and hope to see many of you again soon.
