These bars look so delicious! I changed the color a little and played with a new technique for our Gardenia Peach bars on Friday. I just unmolded them and I’m so happy with how they are looking so far. Cold process soaps take a while to cure (saponify). I’ll start slicing them in several days or a week. Then they will air dry for the next 4-6 weeks. So you can be watching for these bars around mid July.

Also in case anyone is wondering this is 15lbs of soap and will end up being around 60 bars give or take. We are so grateful for our goatie girls to give us such creamy milk so we can share soap bars like this with you.

This doeling is available. We debated on keeping her but I really need to keep my numbers in check. I wasn’t expecting to have any doelings available from this pairing but quint doelings mean that I have one to share with you. ☺️

We had a very busy weekend celebrating Logan’s 10th birthday. I can’t even believe she’s that old already.
One of her requests was to have an animal born on her birthday. That was not the easiest thing to accomplish but we managed to hatch out 7 ducklings on April 30th and May 1st. The girls each picked out their favorite to keep and we now have 5 little fuzz balls looking for a new pond. They are Buffs and Cayugas.

Through no fault of their own Vader and Draco are available again. They have been disbudded, wethered, vaccinated and are ready to entertain you now. They have spent the last 8 weeks training in goat yoga and deep tissue massage. Draco is quite a character and loves to bounce a play. Vader can be described in one word, precious. He has a way of looking at you with those loving eyes and adores snuggles.

This is our last doeling for the season!

HLH FARM PM OREO MOONPIE is an exceptional doeling. Not only is she eye catching with those moonspots but she also has a pedigree packed with proven milk and udder quality. Oreo is correct, feminine, and already showing the length and dairy character we like to see in a young doe. With her combination of production and udder quality she has excellent potential as a herd improvement doe.
This year Oreo’s dam blessed us with quint doelings. We are already retaining 2 and I’m trying to not make it 3. Last year her dam just missed the Elite list at 92%. Last month she milked 5.3lbs for our first test of the season so I have high hopes for her this year. Her udder is also very snug and well attached. Her foreudder is so smoothly blended. We are also signed up for LA this year.
Oreo is current on cdt, disbudded and on coccidia prevention. She was born on Feb 25th so she’s almost ready to wean.

Are you like me and hate disbudding baby goats but don’t want to deal with horns. We have a flashy polled doeling ready for your farm. Reba McEntire is such a sweetheart. She loves people even though she’s partly dam raised. She’s easy to work with and will make a great milker or catch the judges eye in the show ring. Her dam milked 3.3lbs for her milk test a few weeks ago and earned her milking star last year.

As always our herd is free from CAE, CL and Johnes. And we are happy to work with transport if needed.
