Have a half a beef left. Dropped off at Fairfield today. Someone backed out and steer was ready. Who needs a Christmas gift that keeps giving through the year. Prices in store are high and this is the way to go. If people could share or tell anyone or if you would like to split it please let me know. You still have time to do any cuts you want if you let me know. If not next week iam going to make it standard and fill my own freezer.

When you raise beef you make your own chicken fried steak. The round steaks are perfect for this. These are cut in half because they are so big. It's obvious you have mashed potatoes with it but let's start the poll. Is it brown or white gravy prefered. What other sides are prefered? Because this guy can just eat meat and potatoes!!!!

As 2022 comes to an end. I got to move cows which is always interesting. Got to pick up fence and of course buy diesel! Finish the year picking up fence starting 2023 with putting it back out. So thankful for some nice weather to get this last fence put out. 2022 was a very small building year. There were alot of challenges and I see more coming in 2023. The herd did not grow as drought and pasture availability was my struggle. There is some hope for leaps and bounds of expanding herd slightly if bank believes in me. But I want to thank all those that have helped me in 2022. There is way too many to name. I increased beef production 30 percent and took on alot of new customers. Some of which have said they will be glad to buy again. Iam so thankful for good health as well as nice weather after the brutal cold we had. That was not easy at all on me or livestock. But 2023 is looking promising as bussiness continues to grow and I follow this dream. Only thing I ask is please show support to your local bussiness. Share their posts. They give back to their community as well as neighbors. If they are posting promoting or selling try to buy it keeps them afloat. With that said I would love advise how to reach a larger local market for my beef. I need more likes to this page i need bigger audiances. I need more shares as I have one full beef in January that is not spoken for. But thank you again all I can't say it enough with out you I couldn't make this happen.

Well due to dry conditions fall herd came home off grass. Will have to feed hay for a few weeks. With that said I will be looking for winter hay as well as I'm in need of some stalks or bean stubble near sutton grafton asap. If anyone wants to help a guy out much appreciated.
