Who says eggs have to be white? 🤍🤎💚🩵

One of our favorite things about having a mixed flock is the rainbow of colors they lay! Eggshell color is simply determined by the breed of the hen—not by nutrition, freshness, or taste.

Whether they’re blue, green, chocolate brown, pink, or cream, they’re all fresh from our happy hens. 🌿🐔

Just a little heads up! 🥚🐔

You might notice a few smaller eggs sneaking into your cartons lately. We have several young hens that have just started laying, and their first eggs are always on the smaller side. As they get older, their eggs will gradually get bigger over the next few weeks.

Even though they’re smaller, they’re every bit as fresh and nutritious as our larger eggs, they just come from our newest girls! 💛

One of the things we love about fresh eggs is that no two are exactly alike. Thanks so much for supporting our little family farm and our happy flock! We appreciate every one of you. ❤️
