Some of the best moments at Gilchrist Farm Winery are the ones that unfold unexpectedly. 🎶

A few days ago, singer-songwriter Mariam Picó filled the farm with music during a beautiful impromptu performance — joined by an incredible accompanying guitarist and young guests who couldn’t resist drumming along.

Our latest blog post, “Bottling Day,” takes you behind the scenes at Gilchrist Farm Winery for one of the most important steps in the life of a wine — the day it moves from tank to bottle.

This year’s bottling day brought heat, humidity, teamwork, and a few unexpected challenges along the way. But like every part of winemaking, it was also a reminder that each bottle carries the story of a place, a season, and the people who helped bring it to life.
