We hate to say goodbye to summer, but we have one last staff pick to keep the good times rolling!☀️😎

Mike rounds out our favorites with Mixtape. Here’s why it’s his top pick:

Pete and I remember making mixtapes throughout our childhood. When well composed, these tapes were works of art! Mixtape (the w**e) represents that concept. The w**e is a vineyard blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. We have made this w**e since 2011! Since every vintage differs, the ratios of these varieties change slightly. However, the essence remains: Riesling forward with fruit bursting from the glass, just off-dry and crisp with fresh acidity. Mixtape is a suitable companion to ethnic foods such as Asian cuisine of all flavors, Indian food, and Mexican street faire. We hope you enjoy and reflect on your favorite playlists!

If not, now’s your chance! Frank loves himself some bigLITTLE, and especially loves Treehouse! Here is what he has to say about it:
“Treehouse is a wonderfully crisp w**e! I love Pinot Noir and had never heard of a white Pinot Noir until I started working at bigLITTLE 7 years ago. It tastes great when we bottle it and bring it out and it only gets better with age! And, who doesn't love the label?”

Did you know we have a market?

Right inside the bigLITTLE tasting room we have a market stand with some local goodies!

One of our vendors, Aggie Treats, is a local dog treat business that makes the best treats for your pups.

Karen shared a little about the story behind Aggie Treats, and we couldn't wait to pass it along. 🐾

What started as baking homemade dog treats for friends quickly turned into something much bigger. After years as a teacher and later working in the corporate world, Karen decided to follow a new path that gave her more time with her daughter and the chance to build something of her own.

Named after her beloved golden retriever, Agnes ("Aggie"), every Aggie Treat is still handmade in Northern Michigan using all-natural, human-grade, preservative-free ingredients. What began with one Pumpkin Peanut Butter recipe has grown into six delicious flavors, including several made with ingredients from fellow local businesses.
Karen says her favorite part of this journey has been meeting so many wonderful pups and their people while building relationships with the incredible local business community. We feel lucky to be one of those partners, and we're proud to have Aggie Treats available here at bigLITTLE for your four-legged friends! 🐶🍷

On August 15th we are hosting Movie Night here in the Treehouse! This is a movie themed night full of movie treats, w**e and snack pairings, and movie trivia. Plus, you even get to dress up as your favorite movie character! (And yes…there’s prizes😆)
