Beet Kvass ❤️

Made from organic beets and fermented the traditional way — slowly, simply, and with care.

Deep, earthy, and gently tangy, it’s one of those foods that has been part of everyday life for generations.

It’s something I personally keep in my fridge and enjoy in small moments throughout the day.

Lunch at work 🤍

Nothing fancy… just rice, chicken, and a spoonful of something alive.

This is honestly one of my favorite ways to enjoy ferments—
just adding a little to whatever I brought from home.

It takes an ordinary meal and makes it brighter, more flavorful… and just feels good.
