Brought a little piece of LA to Idaho—three of my favorite plant-based artisan cheeses from , shared with some of my favorite people. 🌱
1️⃣ The ash-ripened, cave-aged Barn Cat from : firm yet creamy with a subtle tang.
2️⃣ The truffle brie from .cheese: signature creamy brie flavors with infused with earthy black truffle.
3️⃣ The perfectly pull-apart mozzarella from : melty and mild.
Plant-based, dairy-free, and absolutely devoured—by vegans and non-vegans alike. We enjoyed every bite with the sounds of the Snake River in the background while planning and strategizing.
Because every great work retreat deserves an even better cheese board. 🏆💚🧀
