Heath Riles BBQ has done it again with his latest rub release. This Chili seasoning is 🔥🔥🔥. Did a 30 minute pot of chili tonight to eat on for the next couple days. Super simple. Anyone can do this. Burger rub on the meat. Then a hefty helping of the chili rub to your liking in with all the veggies and beans. I love heavier salt than most, so I added just a little and some extra garlic powder. You can never have too much garlic. Easy peasy, and eating in just minutes. The best thing is it will be better the second serving tomorrow.

Sometimes you have to stop for a second and look around and think… how in the world did BBQ bring us HERE?! 🔥🏈

Today, Alpine Smoke Works had the incredible honor of serving as the pitmasters for ACC Network huddle at Clemson vs. Miami!

We started this team because we love BBQ, competition, and the people you meet around a smoker. Somehow, that journey has taken us from competition fields and awards stages to firing up our smokers at Clemson and feeding fans at an ACC football game.

None of these opportunities happen without the people who believe in us and continue to support this crazy BBQ adventure.
