Fern has had some milk fever, which we are treating. Baby F isn't loving the hot weather today, but is up and drinking from momma. We are keeping a close eye on them both, for now! This part is always a stressful, wild ride for us.

Tonight Fern ate dinner, walked down into the field and blooped out a "mini-me" heifer calf in secret. Found her just after 9pm and moved them up to the stall for the night. Wish I got a video of Nathan dragging baby up in the ice fishing sled! She is tiny and adorable. 🩷
