To all of our friends, family and customers; We can’t thank you enough for supporting our orchard here in Swanton over the years! We have many beautiful memories and have made many wonderful friends through sharing our space and produce with you all.
As many of you know, the last five years have been a whirlwind of good things for our family as we’ve married and then expanded our family x3! Somewhere between our first and second child, we decided that time with family is where our priorities lay and that we needed to downsize to a single location versus two. You’ve probably noticed that the West Swanton buildings have been sold and changed hands. The land and trees are currently for sale and given that we no longer have the time and infrastructure to support two pick-your-own orchards, we are working with Healthy Roots Collaborative to pick and donate the Swanton orchard fruit through community programs until the orchard sells.
While our scope has changed, our love of growing food for our local community has remained and we’d love to see everyone at our Vermont Orchards location at 499 Kendall Rd. Franklin VT.
