I wanted to provide an update about our farm, the stand, why weā€™ve made the decisions we have and what the future may look like!

If you donā€™t want the video - the stand is still OPEN! We still have all of our chickens currently and still have lots of eggs. We will update this page if and when that changes.

We have made the tough decision to get rid of our flock. We love them so dearly and are very sad but we need more time with our family.

We have 91 chickens total some are Roos (our roosters are the best. There is only one Iā€™d consider for freezer camp. Heā€™s not mean justā€¦idk something isnā€™t right with him šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ even the other chickens think heā€™s annoying lol. The others are good with people, kids, dogs and good to their ladies). Most are laying hens between the ages of 1 & 2.

Also have up for consideration 21 ducks. All but 2 are only a few months old. I believe they are all girls.

They are not free. Pm for more info if you are seriously interested. Note that we will not just sell them off to anyone. Proof of a good home is required

If you havenā€™t tried our salts or sugars yet whatā€™s stopping you?!??

Tonight weā€™re having chicken leg quarters seasoned with our basil salt, golden hour salt and cilantro lime salt. Once the chicken was done the kale went into the pan to soak up the flavor. Yum!

Itā€™s our wedding anniversary today and hubby made me a special dinner. He even used my midnight garlic salt on the pork which is why it is black.
Until recently I didnā€™t realize lava salt existed and Iā€™m obsessed.
If you want to try it stop by our stand. It is $8 a jar and so tasty!

He also made the lava cake homemade.
