Happy Fall!! We have organically-grown Honeynut and Delicata winter squash at the farmstand this week, $2.50/lb. These are my favorite squashes, with sweet, dry, orange flesh. They roast up so yummy! Honeynut is a mini butternut squash, just enuf for two people. With Delicatas, you can also eat the skin! My kids enjoyed them sliced up French fry size and roasted, brushed with a little olive oil and sprinkled with salt.

We’ve also got pie punkins and Jack-o-lanterns, sweet and hot peppers too, and cornstalks. 🍁🎃 227 Swanzey Lake Road.
