We are looking for a part-time Produce Team Member and you could be the perfect fit! We are looking for someone with:

🍊some knowledge or strong interest in produce and sustainable growing practices
🍎15-25 hours of availability per week
🍌some weekend and early evening availability
🍋comfort interacting with customers and teammates
🥑a can-do attitude
🍉and someone at least 18 years of age (21+ preferred)

🍫We’re delighted to announce a new addition to the CO-OP product line, Beyond Good chocolate. What's so good about it? A rare chocolate brand that fits closely with our values regarding sustainability, ethical business practices, and equity in the supply chain.

🌞Beyond Good works to cut out the maze of middlemen in cacao distribution, putting chocolate farmers at the forefront of production and keeping the chocolate production in the country of origin.

🌍After opening a factory in Madagascar through partnerships with local stakeholders, developing direct relationships led to improving quality of life for people as the company was able to offer better payment, incentives, and education opportunities. Beyond Good has received recognition for their incredible work in the sphere of sustainability including human rights, transparency, living income, child labor, climate change, and deforestation. We now offer a variety of their dark chocolate styles, be sure to scan the QR code on the bar to learn more about their traceability!

Sterling Pig Brewery's beers were recently sampled at our 7/17 Happy Hour, so we wouldn't be surprised if there's a whole host of new Swarthmorean fans out there!
