Taylor Just Made will be officially clocking out July 30th-August 18th! I will not be taking any orders until after then, kids are going back to school, me and Husband are taking a solo trip for our anniversary coming up, and I will be getting the family back on schedule for upcoming school semester. Family first always!

Once temperatures get back a little cooler, I will be open full-time in the food truck! But until then, y’all stay watching for the newest update and continue to support all the other local small businesses in our community!

As much as I do not like to take lots of time off, it is very much needed for me and my family to refresh, recoup, and get back to business!!

My plan for the 2026/2027 is to run the food truck consistently Tuesday-Friday , through the school year, and park & close during the summer! I’m still only one person at the end of the day running both business, the baking and food truck!
So y’all bear with me while I come up with the new schedule for the rest of the year, possibly meal prep ideas also for my health guys and gals that are wanting healthier option! Don’t worry the rotation of those famous burgers, birria dippy tacos & that fire hibachi will always be, they are not going nowhere!
