Same age, but what a size difference! The one on the left was hatched right here on the farm and the other is one of the meat birds. Both being raised on pasture.

This beautiful little girl has been out of her momma's pouch for almost a week now. We are asking $250 for her and she will be weaned and ready to go to her new home in about seven weeks. If you or someone you know is interested, please pm me. Thanks!

I love hatching days! These little cuties are Royal Palm turkeys. It takes several hours for them to completely dry off, and then they are moved out of the incubator into a brooder box.

We were able to get a few pasture raised chickens in the freezer before the rain hit yesterday.

The meat chicks are here! This year we will begin raising and selling organically raised pastured poultry. At around two weeks old these chicks will go out into one of our chicken tractors and will be moved daily. This provides them with a fresh "salad bar" everyday and has many other benefits.
