Yesterday was a little extra special here in Kapper Kitchen! ❤️🥂

Celebrating 4 years of marriage called for something special, so we decided to spice things up by trying a new dish!

Last night in the Kapper Kitchen, we whipped up some homemade Orange Sticky Chicken served over fluffy white rice. Sweet, tangy, sticky, and packed with flavor 🤤

Definitely one of those meals that keeps you going back for just one more bite!

What did the porchetta say when it came out of the oven?
“I’m on a roll!” 😂🐷🔥

Pork belly has always been one of my favorite meats, so this one was really about challenging myself in the kitchen. From rolling and roasting the porchetta to creating my own sauce from scratch that works as both a dipping sauce AND a spread—I wanted to see what I could come up with.

Crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with a homemade sauce to bring it all together. 🤤👌

Sometimes the best meals come from stepping outside your comfort zone and just seeing what happens!

Last night’s dinner was a new one in the Kapper Kitchen—and it did NOT disappoint! 🤤

🍖 Orange soda & soy sauce marinated ribs
🍠 Creamy sweet potato mash
🥒 The wife’s refreshing Japanese cucumber salad

Sweet, savory, tangy, and fall-off-the-bone GOOD. Sometimes the best recipes come from trying something a little different! 👨‍🍳🔥

Had a great time making (and even better time eating 😏) Bubby’s stuffed cabbage rolls, with a little Kapper Kitchen twist of course. 👨‍🍳🔥

It’s been a minute since I’ve heated up the oil for a good fry… so I figured I’d roll with it. 😏

These homemade Bulgogi Egg Rolls made it SO worth it. 🤤🔥

Crispy on the outside, packed with savory bulgogi goodness on the inside—fusion food at its finest! 🥩🥢
