Apple Pie Enchiladas

Ingredients:
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Steps to prepare:
Step 1: Spoon about one heaping quarter cup of apple pie filling down the center of each tortilla.
Step 2: Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up the tortillas, tucking in the edges.
Step 3: Place them seam side down in a prepared baking dish.
Step 4: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and water.
Step 5: Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Step 7: Pour the sauce evenly over the enchiladas.
Step 8: Let them stand for 45 minutes.
Step 9: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 10: Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 11: Serve warm and enjoy.

Caramel Gold Cheesecake Bombs with Molten Center

Ingredients:
For the Cheesecake Shell:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 large eggs
1/4 cup gold chocolate chips (caramelized white chocolate), melted

For the Molten Caramel Center:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp sea salt

For the Caramel Gold Glaze:
1 cup gold chocolate chips
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp coconut oil

For Garnish:
Flaky sea salt
Gold chocolate shavings

Steps to prepare:
Step 1: Melt sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until amber. Stir in butter, then slowly pour in heavy cream and salt. Whisk until smooth. Cool and freeze in small teaspoon-sized dollops until solid.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla bean paste, and melted gold chocolate.

Step 3: Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.

Step 4: Fill greased silicone dome molds halfway with cheesecake batter. Place a frozen caramel dollop in the center of each, then top with remaining batter.

Step 5: Place the mold in a water bath and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn off the oven and let them sit for 10 minutes before removing.

Step 6: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, then unmold.

Step 7: Melt the gold chocolate chips with heavy cream and coconut oil. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups light brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup whole milk, room temperature
3 large eggs
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp heavy cream

Steps to prepare:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour your baking pan. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Step 2: Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.

Step 5: Beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add heavy cream as needed until the frosting reaches the desired consistency.

Step 6: Spread or drizzle the frosting over the cooled cake. Finish with a light dusting of extra cinnamon if desired.

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk

For the Lemon Cream Filling/Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Crunch Topping:
1 ½ cups crushed vanilla cookies or graham crackers
¼ cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar

For the Lemon Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons lemon juice

Garnish:
Lemon slices
Whipped cream dollops (optional)

Steps to prepare:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two round cake pans.

Step 3: Add the sugar gradually and beat until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
4 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, sliced
Optional: red pepper flakes to taste

Steps to prepare:
Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add the sliced chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned and cooked through.
Step 3: Stir in the garlic and ginger and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4: Add the shredded cabbage and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften but still retain a slight crunch.

Velvet Vanilla Rose Dream Domes with Creamy Center

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream, divided
6 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp rose water (food grade)
2 gelatin sheets (or 1.5 tsp powdered gelatin bloomed in 1 tbsp water)
1 drop pink gel food coloring
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 small vanilla sponge cake rounds
1/2 cup white chocolate cocoa butter spray
OR
1/2 cup white chocolate melted with 1/4 cup cocoa butter and tinted light pink
1 tbsp dried edible rose petals, crushed
1/2 cup white chocolate pearls
Small edible rose buds (optional)
Clear piping gel (optional)

Steps to prepare:
Step 1: Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Pour into a small hemispherical silicone mold and freeze for 3 hours until solid.

Step 2: Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chopped white chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.

Step 3: Stir in vanilla bean paste, rose water, pink food coloring, and the bloomed gelatin. Let cool to room temperature.

Step 4: Whip the remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the white chocolate mixture.

Step 5: Fill the large dome molds halfway with mousse. Place a frozen creamy center in the middle of each.

Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Depression Era Potato and Onion Bake

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
2 1/2 pounds russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Steps to prepare:
Step 1: Lightly grease the inside of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with a small amount of butter.

Step 2: Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.

Step 3: Peel the onions and slice them into thin half-moons.

Step 4: In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5: Arrange a layer of potato slices on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a layer of onions on top and sprinkle some of the flour mixture evenly.

Step 6: Dot small pieces of butter over the top.

Step 7: Repeat the layers of potatoes, onions, flour mixture, and butter until all ingredients are used, finishing with a potato layer on top.

Step 8: Dot the remaining butter over the top layer.

Step 9: Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, until potatoes are tender.

Step 10: Let sit on WARM or LOW for 15 to 20 minutes with the lid slightly open for better texture.

Step 11: Serve warm directly from the slow cooker.
