As of 3pm today Stay Fit Nutrition will be closing its doors. We appreciate all the love and support we received for the last year of this adventure but we truly feel like God has a bigger plan for us.

We can’t thank you all enough for the customers abs relationships we’ve created over this time, just know we love you all and this isn’t our last adventure. We have things in store for the future.

🚨 Ascend Fitness is opening the doors for you to be able to promote your business through display! We have rental space available for banners at the gym which gives you the opportunity to have your name seen by people who come to group classes and personal training sessions!
