We get our seafood from the world-famous Fulton Fish Market at the crack of dawn every day, so you know it’s the freshest available. We prepare dishes as they should be and ready them for sale the next day. Frozen fish isn’t our game, and we never use preservatives, color enhancers, or gases to change the appearance of our seafood.
