2022 VARIETY RELEASE

Straight from our R&D field comes 🧄Romanian Red🧄 This is the sibling to our Transylvanian variety! It’s a great all around variety that offers plenty of body and heat raw and cooked. We absolutely love using it in hot sauces and fermented foods! We’ll only be offering it in limited quantities next year, so it will sell out quickly! Make sure to follow us on social media for updates and release times.

2022 VARIETY RELEASE

Our test batch of 🧄German Red🧄did so well this year that we were actually able to offer limited quantities to our customers as well as reserve over 20lbs of seed for the 2021-22 season! This variety is spicy when raw and retains a strong garlic flavor when cooked, making it perfect for hearty winter dishes.

A few lucky people were able to get their hands on this amazing variety this year before it sold out. If you’re still looking for garlic, we have limited quantities of Chesnok Red left!

2022 VARIETY RELEASE

We took a chance on 🧄Montana Giant🧄 last season when we decided to replace another variety, and the feedback was excellent! Large, easy to peel cloves provide a slightly spicy raw flavor that turns robust when cooked. A great garlic variety that can go in just about any dish you can think of.

We’re sold out of Montana Giant for 2021, but we still have limited quantities of Chesnok Red in stock.

We’ve planted 🧄Transylvanian🧄 again this year! This should come as no surprise to our previous and current customers…our best selling variety every year! If you or someone you know is a total garlic head, this is the variety you’ve been looking for. Spicy when raw and still very sharp/strong when cooked. Perfect for those winter chili and crockpot dishes!

We’re sold out of most of our Transylvanian for 2021, but still have some other varieties available.
