Scotch bonnet is one of my top 3 favorites chilies, and the first sauce I ever crafted as a young teen.

Tapping into that youthful spirit and wonder, I’m bringing this one back. This will be a permanent addition to the JJ lineup along with our flagship Cajun Cayenne, & Whisky Habanero sauces.

Greetings, Johnny here....

I'm so very grateful to be able to share this passion with the world. Each year as we grow I'm always amazed by the demand during the holidays, each year we double and triple the output, and its always not enough... We are officially sold out of limited edition "Black Gold", and this Cajun Cayenne is going faster than we can bottle it, Its a humbling problem to have. Thank you all for for the love throughout the year, in 2026 we will be in store shelves near you!

For the remainder of the year I will be working overtime to keep your gift boxes and stockings full, but will have to go back to the north pole to restock at some point, so grab your bottles before they run out for the holidays.
