Our next 12 days of Bakedmas is from staffer Yana Bychkova!
“In Russia we don’t celebrate Christmas on the 25th, but we celebrate New Year’s which is the biggest holiday of the year!
This salad is the #1 go-to for the New Year’s festive table. It’s almost a mitzvah to eat it during new year’s holiday. Legend says that if you haven’t had Russian salad for New Years, you will never be happy again… but no one has ever been bold enough to test it out…😉”
