This little girl was sprawled out sleeping. I snuck up to her and she actually stayed on the ground while I gave her scratches. Taking selfies is impossible!! Momma's nose, her buddy Little Cowboy was standing over me wanting petted too! I needed a selfie-stick and patience from all of the spectators that were missing out on scratchens too!!

I have a story to tell and some Thank You's for FB friends who helped make a dream come true. So last year, I asked on FB, If anyone knew of a Cremello Morgan Stallion that would be local to me. Scott Nevers reached out to me and recommended that I contact Jenny Moore. After reaching out to Jenny Moore, I was able to utilize her stallion on two of my mares. We have never had colored mares and my mom's mare is a ginormous curvy Baroque smokey black. The other mare was a drop dead gorgeous red-head with amazing motion. Well, both mares settled on the first breeding. However, we lost the red mare over the winter. So we ended up with an amazing Buckskin foal that is more than anyone could want with looks, color, and bold, daring disposition. I know... I am taking for ever to get to the point! Well, since we lost the mare and wanted to breed back the following year but Jenny was hesitant to haul him around some more with him being 21 years old. Soooo.... drum .... roll.... drum... roll.... we purchased him from Jenny! He now resides in Syracuse, Indiana at Black Walnut Morgans. I am tickled beyond belief to be able to rest my eyes on such a beautiful boy, every day! I have to pinch myself. Thank you to Scott for putting me in touch with Jenny! and for Jenny for allowing me to acquire her stallion that she has cared for and cherished all of these years. Alright...I took this little bitty biting kitten (Gus) from a neighbor 2 months ago. Neighbor said he wouldn't survive the winter there. Glenda,my dog, has been Gus's friend. I was afraid Glenda might kill (Gus) when I brought him home. Gus survived. NOW I am more worried about the cat killing the dog. Gus is basically an ornery teenage cat! 🤣🐈

The Truth. We believe this and it is phenomenal what this can do for a horse. We will take our young horses out for a good solid workout with some seasoned horses. We focus on new experiences(crossing water, logs, and bridges), mounting in new terrain, patience waiting for others to mount, consistency, steadiness, walk, trot, canter, and oh so much more! This grows their mind exponentially!

Mom and I were taking pictures today and her boy is growing up! I love the contrast between his mane and body! Black Walnut Sundance. We did a full body clip on him today after this photo shoot and oh my gosh was he good. He stood solid as a rock....like he was at a spa enjoying his massage! I still have to do his lower legs and ears....that may be a little more challenging. I LOVE this guy.

I LOVE my horses! 🥰😍We have been dive bombed all morning by a crop duster! Very thankful as another good way to desensitize my horses. I have multiple lots of horses and they all were acting like this. I have fireworks 🎉3 to 4 months a year. Live 1 mile from a lake and have boats with flapping canopies⛵, motorcycles🏍, ATV's, semis hauling quacking ducks 🦆(several times a day). My horses get to see it all!! I have 9 horses available. 2 weanlings, 3 yearlings, 1 two yr old, 2 four year olds, and a bright red 15.3 H floating trot Chestnut mare bred to a cremello for sale to have a guaranteed palomino.

Driving this guy (Black Walnut Moolah) 5 to 6 miles down the road at a time. Doing great with cars and scary stuff along the road. Chose a small quiet side road to video! Amazed at how alert he is but so level headed. I can't wait to start riding him! He has an engine. Handling the hills well and also learning how to hold the cart back! Ps.
